At Afends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Outcome

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit, a direct size exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached and attach the provided shipping label to the front of your parcel.

• 4.
  Processing and Confirmation

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your request and send a confirmation email within 5-7 business days.
